Just wanted to say a really warm thanks for the way you
responded and the way you took care of my horse Regal last week
. When I called to say she had just been put down and needed to
be buried your response was caring and professional. You came so
promptly and my husband and I were so impressed with the way you
handled her burial. I had heard so many horror stories but you
were so careful both in how you lifted her and placed her. She
looked as if she was just resting. Thank you so much, you made
what was a difficult time so much more bearable. I would be glad
to share my testimonial should you ever need it.

Just a quick note, Richard, to say thank you SO much for your
awesome service in transporting and burying out much loved pony,
Barney, yesterday.
He had been part of the family for 20 years, so it was a very
sad day for us and we couldn’t have asked more from you.
We all felt that you treated Barney’s remains with so much
respect – in addition you were so efficient and professional.

I have no hesitation in recommending
Richard, based on my personal dealings with him over a number of
years in regard to the burial of three animals on my
LSB.
His response has always been prompt and just as importantly, his
sensitive handling of the arrangements
could not be faulted.
The burial sites each time were left neat and tidy, to the point
of grass sods being replaced over the top.
Just a small thing but one that makes you feel that not only
were your animals being respected but you and your property
